We have been talking about leadership and that all Christians are called to be leaders, called to be examples. Some use the phrase “servant leaders.” Christian leaders are willing to humble themselves and to do the lowliest of tasks to be a witness to others.
We talked about visioning, organizing, and energizing, and now we deal with finalizing. This may be the most difficult to do but the most important. This is where real character is developed. A definition of character is “doing what you say you are going to do even after the emotion of seeing it has run out.”
